1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SetFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SetFlow is a DJ set generation tool that creates harmonically-mixed playlists using algorithmic analysis of track metadata including BPM, musical key, and energy levels. The Service works with metadata you provide and does not store or stream audio files.

3. Account Registration

  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • •You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • •One account per individual user
  • •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
  • •Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service in an abusive manner
  • •Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
  • •Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
  • •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of your music library metadata and generated playlists. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and algorithms, is owned by SetFlow and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • •Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • •You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • •Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis
  • •We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. SET GENERATION RESULTS ARE ALGORITHMIC SUGGESTIONS AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED USING YOUR OWN PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SETFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
